Refund policy

Exchange Only Policy (No Refunds)

At KomalsehgalDesigns, we follow a strict No Refund policy. We only offer exchanges in case of size issues or genuine damages.

1. No Cash Refunds Once an order is placed and processed, we do not offer any monetary refunds. You can only exchange the product for a different size or another design of the same or higher value.

2. 3-Day Exchange Window You must notify us about an exchange request within 3 days of delivery. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.

3. Mandatory Unboxing Video A clear, unedited unboxing video is compulsory for any exchange claim. The video must show the parcel being opened for the first time. Without this video, no exchange will be processed.

4. Quality Check for Exchange The item must be returned in its original condition:

• No Tag Removal: Tags must be attached.

• No Perfume/Sweat: Items with any smell of perfume, deodorant, or sweat stains will be rejected.

• Unwashed & Unworn: The suit must not be used or washed.

5. Shipping for Returns The customer will bear the shipping cost for sending the item back to our store for exchange.
